In cases where you have subscribed to ongoing subscription-based services, you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for the remainder of the subscription period. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

1.3 Performance-based Fees:

If your investment strategy involves performance-based fees, any fees already accrued based on the performance of your investments will not be refunded, regardless of subsequent performance fluctuations.

Should you wish to cancel our investment advisory and management services, you may do so by providing a written request. Please note that any fees paid upfront for services not yet rendered will not be refunded. Services already provided up to the cancellation date will be billed at the standard rates.

You may cancel your subscription services at any time by providing written notice. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the subscription period.

In the rare event that a refund is applicable based on specific circumstances outlined above, we will initiate the refund within 30 business days from the date of your cancellation request. The refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction.

3.2 Cancellation Notice:
